Slicing potatoes to make fries has gotten so much easier now! I can rinse a potato, cut it in half, and then just feed each of the halves into the mandoline and voila I’ve got fries. (Follow this up by tossing them in olive oil and sea salt and putting them in the Air Fryer and you’ve got a perfect batch of fries!) The mandoline also makes a great chopped salad. Just feed any ingredients into it and it’s all chopped perfectly. (Romain, spinach, kale, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, onions, etc.) I used to hurt my hands and wrists cutting into hard potatoes or chopping up tons of veggies. The mandoline is so much easier!

This item is amazing for both it’s safety features and ease of use. I am a bit of a kitchen klutz and feel completely at ease and fearless with this device. Pictured are the delicious homemade potato chips I sliced with my mandolin and cooked in my airfryer. The tasted just like the ones i get from my favorite Portuguese restaurant but i’m Hoping they are much healthier. I honestly think this is a must have for all at home chefs.

Amazing slicing tool for any cook. Slicing is fast, uniform, easy to set up and clean up. I am very impressed with this mandoline slicer. I currently have a different mandoline but I need to glove up to use it and I need a large working surface to be covered to catch slices therefore I use it reluctantly. This is definitely an upgrade replacement I have been using in my cooking daily if not several times a day due to ease of operation. Definitely recommend.

I bought this because I have problems cutting uncooked sweet potatoes. This makes it so easy that I’ve been looking for excuses to cut stuff up in it. There is literally no way I can accidentally cut myself unless I just stick my finger in there on purpose, maybe I just don’t know what the safety flaws are because I haven’t accidentally seen it yet but right now this feels like the safest option i’ve had in years with arthritic and fibromyalgia disabled hands. It folds up nice and flat an d doesn’t take up much room in the drawer i put it in.Thank you for making this, I’ve had issues using knives for years because my hands don’t do what I tell them sometimes and drop things even more frequently. I wish I would have ordered this years ago.Only improvement I could suggest is a bigger catcher bowl for the things you cut because sometimes they flip into the floor, at least a taller back on it would be helpful to block the random piece from flipping to the floor out of the bowl. And more intuitive directions on the back to tell exactly how your blades are set inside if you want to do more than slice. Maybe I haven’t had it long enough to know what I’m doing with it but I always wind up staring into the holes this way and that to see what blades are out.Overall this is one of the best things I’ve bought for my kitchen in years and was worth every penny. I definitely recommend it, especially if you have strength or grip issues in your hands. This thing will make you not dread cooking again.

I really like this mandolin slicer because it’s easy to use and it folds up flat so it fits in a drawer. It has a cup on the back for catching what you slice and a guard so you don’t slice your fingers. I’ve used it a few times and haven’t had any issues.

I liked this Mandolin Slicer a lot, It is easy to use and to change slicing options. Clean up was extremely simple. I was a bit skeptical about the suction cups holding the slicer steady on the counter while in use, but it stayed steady the entire time I was slicing sweet potatoes. All in all I would highly recommend this product.

The nicest mandoline I ever tried and I tried about 10 from very expensive to budget-priced. All of them – except this one – presented the same problem for me: finger guard easily slips out of the rails and is useless.
